I am deeply committed to helping leaders live out their faith with integrity, clarity, and purpose in all areas of their lives.  For the past seven years, I have been coaching 24 CEOs across multiple industries, collectively representing over $2.5 billion in annual revenue and more than 2,000 employees. My aim is to walk alongside them in their journey of achieving excellence in their business, spiritual, and personal lives.

Alongside my professional work, I have served faithfully in church leadership for over a decade. I have been a Deacon at my church for 10 years, leading and facilitating Bible studies, marriage enrichment classes, and parenting programs. I was involved in Bible Study Fellowship for 14 years, serving as Teaching Leader for seven of those years. Teaching Scripture, discipling men, and encouraging families are the most formative and meaningful callings of my life.

I currently serve on the Board of Directors for The Classical School of New Braunfels and am deeply passionate about classical, Christian education—particularly its emphasis on truth, virtue, and the formation of wise, grounded young leaders.

I grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas, with early exposure to multiple facets of the agriculture industry—experiences that shaped my work ethic, leadership philosophy, and respect for stewardship. I later attended Texas A&M University, where I was involved in several organizations that developed in me a strong foundation for servant leadership. For 12 years, I had the opportunity to direct operations for a chain of John Deere dealerships that rose to the top 20 dealership organizations in the world. I also enjoy participating in a partnership that specializes in land investments.

My wife and best friend, Lindsay, and I have been married for over 20 years and are in the thick of raising four children (ages 15, 12, 10, and 8). Our family life remains my highest responsibility and greatest joy. Everything I do—professionally, spiritually, and personally—is shaped by a desire to lead well at home first, and then extend that leadership outward in service to others, all for the Glory of God.

JOSHUA 1:9

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.
