Dan Walters is an experienced leadership coach passionate about helping other leaders and their teams align their work and faith.
He worked for over two decades with Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest oil producer. He was responsible for strategic planning, leadership development, and large-scale change initiatives in various organizations, including special projects for the Saudi Oil Minister.
He is a gifted facilitator who has helped diverse executive teams meet stretch goals and challenging deadlines. For ten years, Dan served healthcare clients helping physicians and executives improve patient care, clinical processes, and professional society governance.
The most significant change in Dan’s career occurred in 1990 when he met a US Army First Sergeant in the Saudi desert who said, “I have learned to be a First Sergeant and a Christian, too.” Seeing a man that had connected his Sundays and Mondays recalibrated Dan’s focus from just business excellence to a life aligning his work with God’s work and helping others do the same. C12 is the perfect convergence for him to equip CEOs to build great businesses for a greater purpose.
Dan has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Texas A&M University. He and Lynda, his high school sweetheart, have been married for over 50 years and have six grandchildren.
