Job Position

In Home Care Manager
Duties include overseeing client care in a non-medical home care environment. You will educate new and existing employees, provide a role model for excellent service, visit client homes, introduce direct care staff to clients, document care, assist with ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, provide on-call coverage, provide care in urgent situations, perform client assessments, and other duties as assigned and as needed to allow seniors to remain safely in their home. Basic requirements for the position include:

• Superior customer service skills and mindset required
• Must be proficient at speaking to individuals, as well as small to medium size groups
• Comfortable caring and assisting the elderly with their activities of daily living, household duties, providing resources and education to clients
• Must have flexibility with schedule, including some weekends, although typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Computer literate and able to learn proprietary software
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
• Must have a desire to build knowledge for personal growth
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, with health-related emphasis
• Health Care or homecare experience preferred
• Nurses and Social Workers, including retired, will be considered
