William “Bill” Sitter is a highly motivated and energized Associate Chairman who is excited to be part of a large and growing Central Texas C12 cadre. We aim to bring C12’s valuable offering to Christian business leaders in Central and South Texas.

Bill brings a combination of business and non-profit ministry leadership spanning 50 years that encompasses domestic and international experience. With an MBA obtained at age 50, he is a lifelong learner who has also gained Board Certification as a Christian Executive Life Coach. He has been a successful platform speaker, small group facilitator, and workshop presenter. He has authored dozens of nationally-publicized articles in human resources and has published workbooks dealing with applying Biblical principles in personal finances.

His previous life coaching practice focused on multiple specialty areas such as Goal Achievement, Team Building, Priority and Time Management, Communications, Sales Techniques and Management, Leadership, Motivational Factors and Personality Styles, Human Resources – hiring and interviewing, Organizational Structures and Removing Roadblocks, and Financial Foundations for Individuals.

He has built a distribution network that successfully grew sales and profits while serving as National Sales Manager for a manufacturer of concrete batch plants and storage facilities. He served as President and General Manager of three construction and mining equipment distribution companies and gained valuable leadership experience as an Army Captain. Bill earned a BA in Economics prior to later graduate education and certifications. He feels that his “street smarts” for business stem from real-world successes and some “learning experiences.”

Bill sees his opportunity to serve as a C12 Chairman in South Texas as a clear call from God. His background includes large corporate sales and marketing experience gained with Caterpillar (US/Europe/Middle East) and domestic general management experience with International Harvester. His ability to contribute experience-based ideas was greatly enhanced while completing a very successful small services firm start-up, which he led for 20 years while launching and leading a 25-year-old non-profit ministry.

Bill sees C12 as providing him with the ideal career calling that allows him to work with organizational leaders to see Jesus Christ exemplified in the marketplace. Bill and his wife of over 60 years, Maureen, moved to South Texas in 1986 and accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior soon after. They live in Comal County on the edge of the Texas Hill Country and have two adult children and two grandchildren.

Joshua 1:9

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.
