In this role, you will guide CEOs, facilitate powerful peer forums, and champion a movement of leaders integrating biblical truth with business excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• A servant leader passionate about discipling and developing Christian business owners.
• A strategic, entrepreneurial thinker who builds trust and relationships with ease across Central Texas.
• 10+ years of business ownership, C‑suite, or senior executive leadership, including leading teams of 10 or more.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or facilitating senior leaders.
• A deep, active commitment to Christian faith and local church involvement.

Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate monthly C12 CEO and Key Player forums.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching to Christian business leaders.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow C12’s presence across Central Texas.
• Collaborate closely with the Principal Chairs to advance C12’s mission of transforming the marketplace through Christ‑centered leadership.
• Build meaningful relationships that open doors for gospel impact in the business community.
