In this role, you will guide CEOs, facilitate powerful peer forums, and champion a movement of leaders integrating biblical truth with business excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- A servant leader passionate about discipling and developing Christian business owners.
- A strategic, entrepreneurial thinker who builds trust and relationships with ease across Central Texas.
- 10+ years of business ownership, C‑suite, or senior executive leadership, including leading teams of 10 or more.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or facilitating senior leaders.
- A deep, active commitment to Christian faith and local church involvement.
Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate monthly C12 CEO and Key Player forums.
- Provide one‑on‑one coaching to Christian business leaders.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow C12’s presence across Central Texas.
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Chairs to advance C12’s mission of transforming the marketplace through Christ‑centered leadership.
- Build meaningful relationships that open doors for gospel impact in the business community.
