With a servant-leader mentality, Aaron enjoys arming others to live out their God-given purpose. A distinguished military veteran, Aaron served his country honorably for over 20 years as a Cyberspace Operations Officer in the United States Air Force. In 1996, he left his hometown of Laurinburg, NC, to attend the United States Air Force Academy, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management.

His Air Force career includes many assignments around the globe, a magnitude of accolades and awards, and most treasured, his role as a military commander and executive-level leader, leading both small and large diverse organizations responsible for over $14B in assets through complex, fast-paced environments to achieve measurable results. An avid learner and adapter, he has earned a Master’s degree in Information Management Systems and multiple Information Technology certifications.

Aaron has also launched a successful real estate investing business with his lovely bride of over 18 years, Erika. Aaron and Erika share in raising two energetic boys, Asa (13) and Aiden (4), following a family tradition through three generations of names that begin with the letter “A.” He is also a group leader for Bible Study Fellowship, where he leads groups of 15 men annually through an in-depth study of God’s Word.

As a former collegiate and Air Force boxing champion, Aaron enjoys working out and supporting others to achieve fitness and health goals. He also enjoys being outdoors (during mild temps) and dragging his family out for hikes to enjoy God’s landscapes.

He is now focused on his calling to serve business leaders in the Central Texas area who want success in their business, family, and overall stewardship through an eternal perspective.
