Rich Glomski has over 35 years of business advisory experience in various industries, including financial services, energy, telecommunications, hospitality, manufacturing, and the public sector.

Most recently, Rich served as President and owner of The S Three Company, an 18-year-old management consulting firm based in Texas. Formerly, he served as Partner-in-Charge of management consulting in the Houston office of Grant Thornton, as well as time with KPMG-Peat Marwick and J.P. Morgan/Chase Bank. He has vast experience with large-scale organizational capability improvement, merger/acquisition integration, change management, large management information systems implementations, operational improvement, and business re-engineering.

An experienced executive coach, Rich has assisted business leaders with managerial transition, enhancing organizational performance and team communication, and how to lead significant change initiatives.

Rich has served as a senior business advisor to numerous leadership teams at Chevron, Shell Chemicals, British Petroleum, Clear Channel Communications, several large regional Texas-based commercial banks, and the Houston Independent School District.

Rich has also been a volunteer executive coach for MBA students enrolled in the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Rich is also active in his community, working with elderly outreach programs, going on missions, and as a mentor to teens in foster care.
